Application for Certified Positions
Certified positions are now using a digital application and reference process.

Please have the following prepared to complete this application:
1) If you are certified for the position which you are applying, you will need to have a digital copy of your certificate to be uploaded during the application process.
2) A digital copy of your Driver's License, to be uploaded during the application process.
3) A digital copy of your social security card, to be uploaded during the application process.
4) Have 3 professional references ready. You will need their name, phone number, and email. They will be entered during the application process.
5) You may fill out and submit the federal I-9 and W-4 forms.
